- NOTICE TO FREEHOLD BOROUGH RESIDENTS
- REGARDING ABOVE-GROUND SWIMMING POOLS
- Any above-ground pool deeper than 24 inches requires
construction permits consisting of building and electrical permits.
Proper protection of the pool, which may include fencing, is
required pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code. Resident should
contact the Code office at 732 462-4903 or come in to 51 West Main
St. if they have any questions.
