RESOLUTION PROVIDING NOTICE OF THE 2013 MEETINGS OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF FREEHOLD

BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Freehold that the Regular Meetings for the Year 2013 shall be held at 7:30 p.m. as follows:

February 4 August 5
March 4 September 3 (Tuesday)
April 1 October 7
May 6 November 4
June 3 December 2

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of Freehold Borough that the combined Workshop Meetings/Regular Meetings for the Year 2013 shall be held at 7:30 P.M. on the following days.  At these meetings, formal action may be taken upon any and all business of the Borough:

January 22 (Tuesday) June 17
February 19 (Tuesday) July 15
March 18 September 16
April 15 November 18
May 20 December 16

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Agenda Review and Executive Sessions of the Mayor and Council will be held thirty minutes prior to the start of each Regular and Workshop meeting.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Reorganization Meeting shall be held on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 1:00 P.M.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all meetings of the Mayor and Council will be held on the top floor of Borough Hall at 51 West Main St., Freehold, New Jersey.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk shall forward a certified, true copy of this Resolution to the Asbury Park Press, News Transcript and such other newspapers circulated in Freehold as the Clerk finds desirable for a broad circulation of the Notice of the Meetings of the Borough of Freehold.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk shall cause a copy of this Resolution to be posted on the bulletin board in Borough Hall and filed in her office for public inspection.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk shall cause a copy of this Resolution and any other advance written Notices required by the Open Public Meetings Law to be available to any person requesting same upon the prepayment of the sum of $50.00 to cover the cost of providing such Notices for the year 2012, except, however, that Notices requested by the news media shall be mailed to such news media free of charge.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk shall cause copies of the Minutes to be promptly available to the public in accordance with Section 9 of the Open Public Meetings Act and at reasonable fees in accordance with the Law.
